EP6: Recording a Goods Receipt in Vithean
When stock arrives at your warehouse, record a goods receipt in Vithean to update inventory balances and prepare for bill matching. Go to Inventory and select Goods Receipts. Click Create, then select the vendor and receiving warehouse. Enter the items, quantities received, and unit costs. Click Approve to post the movement to your stock ledger. Approving the receipt updates on-hand stock immediately without rekeying data.
